Walgreens Android App Redesign

I directed, designed, and managed a complete redesign and restructuring of the Android app.We took an outdated and inconsistent experience and updated it to the latest Google’s design standards (Material Design) and established a modular system to efficiently design, build, and maintain a consistent experience. I was lead user experience designer, which included managing and directing the other design resources. I also organized and planned the project objectives, deliverables, and timeline.
